In 2018, Emirates Flight Catering commonly known as EKFC started a new joint venture with Washington DC-based Cuisine Solutions (CSI) to become the UAE’s sole distributor of sous vide products, under the name of Emirates Cuisine Solutions.
Aiming to set up the first largest Halal manufacture of sous vide products by 2022, Cuisine Solutions currently produce to the highest standards in USA, France and Thailand.
Our dedicated food safety team offers A+ food safety standards with a strong Food Safety Management System and certified HACCP system providing upmost assurance in food safety and hygiene standard to all clients. At Cuisine Solutions, food safety is a continued commitment of everyone within the company.
We maintain leading standards with ISO 9001-2015. The Quality department offers expert support to all business units on compliance and process development.
