Coconut Chia Breakfast Pot

Easy to assemble go-to-breakfast, indulge in a healthy coconut oatmeal and chia seed parfait, complemented with fresh berries, mangos, mint and a drizzle of honey.

  • 400 g Coconut Chia Seed Oatmeal
  • 50 g Sliced Strawberry
  • 25 g Diced Mango
  • 5 Mint Leaves Shreded


  • Dizzles Honey
  • Sprinkle Chopped Almonds
  1. Place 400g coconut chia oatmeal into a large mixing bowl. Mix well with a spatula.

  2. Add sliced strawberry, blueberries & diced Mango to the bowl. Mix well until fully mixed with chia oatmeal

  3. Fold through shredded mint leaves

  4. Divide the mix equally between 4 small-medium pots or bowls.

  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of chopped Almonds &
    drizzle of Honey
