  • Combi Oven:
    12-15 minutes at 180°C
  • Cast Iron Skillet:
    Heat skillet to medium heat & pat octopus dry sear 4-5 minutes or until crispy.
  • Stove Top: Pan fry 2-3 minutes each side high heat
