400gCoconut Chia Seed Oatmeal
50gSliced Strawberry
25gDiced Mango
5Mint Leaves Shreded
Garnish
DizzlesHoney
SprinkleChopped Almonds
Instructions
Place 400g coconut chia oatmeal into a large mixing bowl. Mix well with a spatula.
Add sliced strawberry, blueberries & diced Mango to the bowl. Mix well until fully mixed with chia oatmeal
Fold through shredded mint leaves
Divide the mix equally between 4 small-medium pots or bowls.
Garnish with a sprinkle of chopped Almonds & drizzle of Honey
